Meetings: Regular team meetings are scheduled to ensure alignment and foster team cohesion. These include weekly check-ins, monthly all-hands meetings, and ad-hoc project meetings as needed.

Flexibility: Employees have the flexibility to set their own work hours, provided they meet their deadlines and attend scheduled meetings.

Core Hours: To ensure overlap and facilitate collaboration, we have core hours in the employee’s local time zone during which most team members should be available.
