INTUITIVE

A small team of 4 people without traditional construction skills can easily assemble the system, following our instruction manual. No crane required!

STRONG

Interlocked plywood is incredibly strong. We have done all the testing and calculations and a Structural Certification is part of the package.

PRESIZE

The plywood components are digitally fabricated with millimetre precision, fitting together perfectly to create tight joints and a robust structure.

DURABLE

Structural spruce plywood has a declared life of 60 years, but it will last for centuries if it’s properly covered and protected from water & moisture.

EFFICIENT

With all structural components insulated we minimized thermal bridges. All walls, floors and roofs have R-value of min. 6 W/m²K, for an ultra-low energy home.

FLEXIBLE

The ecokit system can be built on a concrete slab or off the ground and is compatible with almost any type of roofing and cladding.

SMART

Homes built with the ecokit system can easily achieve 8+ NatHERS stars. It also can be easily upgraded for a full Passive House certification!

Wood is the perfect building material, storing tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere. The structures can also be disassembled instead of demolished, and components re-used or responsibly recycled at the end of their life.
