The Project
A police officer and his family approached ecokit for a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home. Construction began in January 2022 and was completed by May, with the structure reaching lock-up stage within a month. Despite the BAL 29 designation, the home was built to BAL 40 standards for enhanced bushfire protection, reflecting the family’s commitment to safety due to their history as CFA volunteers.
